It’s the worst pain I could ever feel in a life time

I just lost my husband 12-6-09 It was unexpected as well. He laid down for a nap and he never woke up. I tried cpr on him. But he was dead already. I would have been married 40 years this june. I married him when I was 21 years old. He was 23 yrs. We have 3 grown children. 4 grandchildren. I feel like I died with him. We said it was our time now together. I’m so lost without him. We did everything together. It’s the worst pain I could ever feel in a life time. God please heal me.

My healing, love and heart go out to you. I lost my husband very unexpected this Sept. and he was the light of my life.I know how you feel,we did not get to say goodbye.Know he is with you still in many way although I know that does not take away the pain. You are not alone in your pain,be gentle with yourself and breath into the next moment even when you do not think you can
