1st Guest: Genesse Gentry
Genesse Gentry is a bereaved parent and Northern California Regional Coordinator for The Compassionate Friends. She is a poet and author of Stars in the Deepest Night and Catching the Light: Coming Back to Life after the Death of a Child. Her daughter Lori died at age 21 in a car accident in 1991. She has a surviving daughter Megan.
2nd Guest: Barbara Roberts
Barbara M. Roberts has directed the Caring Ministry department for Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church in Englewood, Colorado, for more than twenty years, helping numerous families and individuals through grief and loss death crisis and healing, as well as experiencing her own grief and loss. She is the Author of Helping Those Who Hurt: A Handbook for Caring and Crisis
